pet policy

Villas of Oak Hill is a pet friendly community. We welcome 2 pets per apartment home. There is no deposit, only a $200 non-refundable fee per pet and $10 pet rent per pet. There is no weight limit and Pit Bulls and Rottweilers are not permitted. We do welcome exotic pets as well. They must be kept in an enclosure and cannot be poisonous. Aquariums over 50 gallons are not allowed.
